Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to learn a martial arts technique after performing it just once?
Although that is not likely there are ways that you can accelerate your learning in MMA and we wanted to share them here with you. The first tip is to stay healthy and avoid getting those nagging injuries that won’t go away. If you are new to MMA training and it is something that you want to continue learning then the first thing you need to do is get the proper MMA training equipment. It’s dangerous to participate in without knowing the ropes, yet it’s even more difficult without the right equipment and the right knowledge from the right Martial art books. It is essential to wear safety equipment in order to avoid injury, even though the point of MMA is to beat your opponent and make them undergo you.

You can never go wrong with a lesson from the famous MMA training coach and legend Greg Jackson. The guy has a stable of UFC champion horses and continues to train them up and coming on a regular basis. So, how does he do it, What is his trick? I personally think he does it through have other fantastic trainers along his side. Some of these would make top head trainers anywhere else but they work under him to learn his way of training. So, here is a video about how the armbar from the guard which is awesome to know and use in the octagon.
