on “Bones” Jones, the current UFC light-heavyweight champion has said in interviews he considers UFC middleweight champion his idol, but has also said he would like to fight him one day. Looking at Jones’ performances so far in the UFC, he appears to be a younger, taller version of Silva. Certainly one of the best UFC fighters of all time and arguably the best pound for pound fighter in the history of mixed martial arts Georges St- Pierre has always pushed his body to new limits when it came to MMA training. However, this takes the cake! St. Pierre is working on skills for gymnastics and doing it quite well. As you can see in this video below he is getting the hang of it and it is certainly pushing his body in doing more than a typical or common MMA training workout routine. Continue Reading

I am not a big Nick Diaz fan but I am a huge fan of MMA fighters taking their training to the next level and that is what Nick has done. Whatever your thoughts are on this guy you have to respect is level of passion for health and fitness. Nick has always been a little different than the normal MMA meat-head fighter and with
respect this certainly shows it.
