Jon “Bones” Jones, the current UFC light-heavyweight champion has said in interviews he considers UFC middleweight champion his idol, but has also said he would like to fight him one day. Is Nick Diaz The Man To Beat Georges St. Pierre?

Georges St. Pierre has ruled the welterweight division with an iron fist for four consecutive years. With the exception of his surprising stumble against Matt Serra back at UFC 69, the man has looked nearly invincible during his seven plus year run with the promotion. Now, having disposed of nearly every contender on the roster, few challenges seem to loom on the horizon. Jake Ellenberger has certainly come into his own as of late, and Carlos Condit sits on the cusp of a bout with the champion, but the divisions serious intrigue seems to lie in a potential clash with former Strikeforce titleholder, Nick Diaz.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship is still abuzz with positive energy from the signing of a monumental network television deal with FOX. Since the announcement of the unprecedented contract’s particulars, the dominant MMA league’s moved forward to sign new deals with multiple existing fighters. Some of these mixed martial artists now have more job security than ever, signing for multiple fights with the organization. The UFC brass might have made their best move when they finally nailed down one of the biggest free agents in the business by signing Heavyweight Alistair Overeem.

GSP is a Gymnast?

Certainly one of the best UFC fighters of all time and arguably the best pound for pound fighter in the history of mixed martial arts Georges St- Pierre has always pushed his body to new limits when it came to MMA training.  However, this takes the cake!  St. Pierre is working on skills for gymnastics and doing it quite well.  As you can see in this video below he is getting the hang of it and it is certainly pushing his body in doing more than a typical or common MMA training workout routine.
