Although anyone can produce a video to make a training session look intense and productive there is something to say about today’s video. The video is of Brandon Wolff who is a former Navy SEAL and is not a professional mixed martial arts fighter. The second fighter is Brandon Magana who is was a Recon Marine who is also a professional MMA fighter.

Although this footage was shot quite a few years ago (2008) hard training never goes out of style. I like watching these type of videos and it always gives me ides for new movements, techniques, drills, and training routines! Also (just a side note), watch the guys in the background and this will also provoke something good training drills that you can take to the gym. Take a look and let me know what you think below in the comments!

There are numerous MMA training videos on youtube.com that you can watch and get some fantastic ideas for your own training routines.

At 3:35 of this video you see a big gigantic throwing dummy in the background, I gotta get me one of those!
