Are looking for a way to get a better setup for your knock out punch?  What, you don’t have a knock out punch?

If you are looking to get one those then take a look at the post, “How do I get a powerful Knock Out Punch?”

However, let’s get back to the setup of that knock out punch.

The video below is by Jeff “The Inferno” Joslin who is teaching a drill on how to keep your elbows in at the optimal position.  This will help with connecting on those jabs you throw and also getting back in time for defense if your opponent throws a punch.  So, check out this video which has you stand near a wall with your punching fist.  This drill forces you to keep your elbow in or else you will hit it against the wall.

This drill is great to do as a warm up or when you are getting back from a long layoff, check it out!
