to the next level.  Stephen Reeks has been giving credit to the little known diet for hist new found success with his exploding Mixed Martial Arts fighting.  Reeks, who is now enjoying this new found fame and respect and has taken this opportunity to tell the people listening about his secret winning formula.  Many fans and fighters alike are now google’ing ‘Paleo Diet‘ or the ‘Caveman Diet‘, ‘Stone Age Diet‘ or the ‘hunter gatherer diet‘ as it is commonly referred too.

What is the Paleo Diet?

This diet focuses on the ancient diet of wild plants and animals that humans consumed during the Paleolithic era. The foods commonly consumed on this diet are the raised meats, fish, vegetables, fruit, roots, and nuts.
