- First exercise is to warm up and work the lower back through hyper-extension rotations.
- Next, GSP switches to his abdomen and does the cycling crunches
- After the cycling crunches, GSP immediately goes into dumbbell bent over rows.
- St. Pierre then follows this up with some crunches on a balance ball.
Your core can either be your weakest link or an asset it just depends on how serious you take training them. There is nothing like watching the best of the best doing it right and learning from it!
