I just saw this video today and it caught my eye. Many of us can come up with 101 excuses on why not to train in MMA. Some even go so far as excuses to not even start. Is that you? If so then checkout this video below and checkout this guys blog.
He trained for one MMA fight and that is all he wanted. To push himself to his physical limits in training day in and day out. Then step into the ring and listen to the cage door close with just one other guy who wants to hurt him inside.
