Certainly one of the best UFC fighters of all time and arguably the best pound for pound fighter in the history of mixed martial arts Georges St- Pierre has always pushed his body to new limits when it came to MMA training.  However, this takes the cake!  St. Pierre is working on skills for gymnastics and doing it quite well.  As you can see in this video below he is getting the hang of it and it is certainly pushing his body in doing more than a typical or common MMA training workout routine.
