Starting a fitness plan can be overwhelming, especially if you are in very poor health or your fitness level is very low. If this is the case, it’s a good idea to start out slowly, even though many people mistakenly believe that you must work to exhaustion for your fitness plan to be effective. This simply not true. It all started with Bill Blanks DVD workouts series Tae Bo. That was the commercially successful workout video series that tied the world of fitness with the martial arts. Now you and I are not surprised when we see someone is touting the health benefits of a Mixed Martial Arts training program. Most of them are Doctors or avid doughnut shop junkies and they say this like it is a breakthrough in science and the health and fitness world.
