The thing is, it’s not just about being able to provide the most powerful blows or just being able to execute the moves beautifully.

The first tip is you should never take your vision off your opponent. Remember that getting distracted for any split second can mean the main difference between winning and losing. The third tip is never stand with your feet together and try to keep them as far apart from each other as possible. This can not only keep you off balance but it’s also extremely difficult to produce an effective attack within a weak stance.
The fourth tip you need to remember whenever you are fighting is you should never turn away when your opponent is attacking. This can be a common mistake among a lot of Kickboxing fighters, especially beginners. Should you choose turn your face away, you’ll lose focus and it will also modify the effectiveness of your strikes even when they close and you have your greatest opportunity to better your opponent.
The fifth tip is you should never tense up the moment before you are ready to strike. It is crucial to keep your muscles relaxed before moment of contact.
